Ingredients (4 serves)

  • 4 Vanajan Large (ISO) Sugar or Cinnamon Crisp Rolls
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • approx. 300 g fresh strawberries
  • Optional: fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the strawberries.
  • Mix mascarpone and vanilla sugar into a smooth cream.
  • Place the crisp rolls on a serving plate.
  • Spread the mascarpone cream over the crisp rolls.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
